How does your service work?
You place your order online. We do the grocery shopping and prep the meal for you. They are then ready for pickup or delivery (If available in your area) the following week.
What is your deadline for ordering?

11:59 PM Wednesday

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Cash, PayPal and Email Money Transfer to orders@undercooked.ca

Can you make substitions in a recipe?

Please message us with your concerns or restrictions and we will see if we are able to make those changes. We strive to offer a range of foods that cater to many different preferences.

Where do you deliver?

Currently we deliver to Listowel, Moorefield, Drayton, Arthur and Fergus.

How often does your menu change?

Our menu changes weekly, but don’t worry! If there was an item you really like, it will come back.
